Digital Transformation Consultant

About the role

Drive end-to-end digital transformation engagements for enterprise clients across the APAC region. This role spans strategy through execution — you will lead workshops, produce operating model designs, and manage programme delivery.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of management consulting or programme delivery experience
• Experience leading digital transformation or change management programmes
• Strong facilitation and executive stakeholder management skills
• Track record of delivering business outcomes, not just outputs
• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore

Nice to have

• +APAC market experience
• +Agile delivery certifications (SAFe, PRINCE2)
• +Technology background (software development or architecture)
